仏教と愛／Buddhism and Love

お釈迦様は、

苦しみの原因は渇愛である、

と説かれたので、

仏教では、愛と言う言葉は

あまり使って来ませんでした。

ところが大乗仏教には、

「釈尊は羅睺羅（ラゴラ）を極愛す」

という言葉があります。

これは一体、どういう意味なのでしょうか？　…..

Since Shakamuni Buddha taught

that the cause of suffering is thirst love(meanins desire)

Therefore, the word “love” has not been

much used in Buddhism.

However , there is a quaote,

“The Shakamuni Buddha has extreme love for Lagora”

in Mahayana Buddhism.
