The 16th & 17th Vows  of the Dharma kara

are  “all beings in his world are good.”

and…..

“Himself will be praised by all  Buddhas.

I would say , the best way to be like that is   “Be joyfull”

Vow (16) If, when I attain Buddhahood, humans and devas in my land should even hear of any wrong doings, may I not attain perfect Enlightenment.

Vow (17) If, when I attain Buddhahood, innumerable Buddhas in the lands of the ten quarters should not all praise and glo-rify my Name, may I not attain perfect Enlightenment.
